How to use:

1. Take 1-2 teaspoons daily
2. Dissolve in your favorite drink and drink
3. As a sweetener in smoothies (*honey is twice as sweet as sugar)
4. Add to oil and vinegar for salad dressing
5. As a facial cleanser to keep your skin healthy
6. Apply to cuts and scrapes to reduce inflammation
