Featured in this collection: Manuka Honey, Beechwood Honeydew Honey and Wild Thyme Honey. This collection contains its own set of three hand packed glass jars. A detailed description of each varietal contained in this set, the origin of each honey and serving suggestions are enclosed in this collection pack. These featured honeys are dark in appearance, rich in favour and contain high levels of antioxidant and antibacterial activity beneficial for maintaining good health.
Our beekeepers carefully place their hives amidst dense Manuka bush growing in Addisons Flat on the West Coast to harvest the Manuka Honey, in Beechwood forest at Mt Thomas in Oxford to harvest the Beechwood Honeydew Honey and amongst wild thyme growing in the remote Butchers Dam area of Central Otago to harvest the Wild Thyme Honey.

Manuka trees grow mostly in New Zealand and only flower for a few weeks every year (2-6 weeks approximately) so there is a limited time and quantity for it to be made. How do you take Manuka honey and which honey should you take?
People consume Manuka honey in many ways. Here are a few ways to consume Manuka honey:
