Manuka South Comb Honey is collected from New Zealand's Hawkes Bay native bush and pasture by local beekeepers. It has a wild honey taste with smooth flavours and a gentle finish.
Comb Honey is just as the bees made it. It retains all the subtle flavours and aromas of honey straight from the hive. We are very pleased to be able to offer a quality comb honey fresh off the Barley family's bee hives in the Hawkes Bay.
A fantastic way to eat honey; comb honey is as pure, natural and raw as honey can possible be. Strictly as nature intended!
But if you haven't tried it, give it a go, you may be like many others who revere honey comb along with the likes of other local favourites like whitebait, vension and crayfish.
While we take every precaution to ensure the safe and secure packaging of the product, the honey may move out of and around the comb during transit. This does in no way affect the quality or taste.
