Dosage;

Adults and children over the age of 12 years - two sprays up each nostril, once daily (200). For relief of severe symptoms repeat twice daily, morning and evening. Once symptoms have reduced, use once daily. Stop treatment after 7 days. If symptoms persist consult a medical professional.

Directions;

1. Before use, gently blow your nose to clear of any excess mucus.
2. Shake the bottle and remove the cap.
3. Use your other hand to block your other nostril.
4. Tilt you head slightly forward and breath out slowly while you squeeze the bottle to release the spray into your nostril.
5. Repeat for the other nostril.
6. Use a clean cloth or wipe to clean the pump after use.
7. Try not to sneeze or blow your nose for a few minutes after using the nasal spray.
