Aotea Gifts Online endeavours to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. This is usually within three working days of receiving payment confirmation.
- Aotea Gifts Online dispatches packages Monday to Friday, except for New Zealand public holidays.
- If the product(s) you ordered are out of stock, we will endeavour to complete the order as soon as possible.

Parcel unclaimed
In the event that a parcel is unclaimed by a receiver in the recipient country and is returned back to us, we are not obligated to provide a refund.
We will however provide the option of resending the item(s) with any additional shipping costs incurred resting with the customer(s) concerned.
